This is a list of our groups that meet during the week. We sincerely hope that you will find a group that interests you, and that will allow you to develop meaningful relationships with other believers or seekers and grow in your walk with Jesus.


7:00-9:00 PM
D-Group meets in Bergen and consists of 2 to 12 women, age 18 and up, who gather for gospel-centered dialogue, community, and prayer. Any woman who is a committed Christian is encouraged to join. We meet each week for two hours in a member’s home. Meetings include group discussion of weekly scripture readings, prayer partners, and cumulative memory verse recitation. Diving Deeper (Pastor Vern’s Discipleship Group)
Pastor Vern leads this group which will be working their way through the entire Bible during 2017, using the book, Bible Overview, by Rose Publishing (2012) and resources from RightNow Media. This group and study is designed to deepen your faith, strengthen your walk and increase your knowledge! All are welcome and are encouraged to feel free to “jump in” at any time.

GriefShare is a 13 week group designed to support those grieving the loss of a loved one, due to death. It is led by John Chadwick. The group includes a weekly video presentation and time for discussion that will offer hope, encouragement and comfort. For additional information please go to

Caregivers Connection

This ever-changing group of people provide ongoing care for a loved one. If you are a caregiver, you know that no matter how rewarding it is to care for a loved one, at times you may become frustrated, discouraged or feel burn-out. This is normal. Moms In Prayer International
1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00PM, while school is in session.
Essentially we meet to pray for our school and/or college aged children, their educational success and needs while they are enrolled in school and facing the typical challenges that students meet on a daily basis. Moms in Prayer guides, written by founder Fern Nichols, can be ordered and purchased if desired, however prayer outlines are provided each week. The hour is spent praising God using scripture, silent confession, giving thanks for answered prayer and praying for specific needs. Morning MOPs (Mothers of PreSchoolers)
2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 9:00AM
Led by Adrienne Foeller and Jen Pritchett, this group of moms with young children receive practical training, support, education, and encouragement. Night MOPs is led by Shawna Dorman. Teen MOPS is led by Debbie Ferris. These groups of young moms and moms with young children receive practical training, support, education, and encouragement. Also includes MOPPETS, an excellent program led by Traci Wells, that will nurture your kids in a preschool-like environment.

2nd Tuesdays, 6:30PM
MOMs Next is led by Michele Keberle. The group provides support for mothers of children older than preschoolers, and all the unique challenges that these children can present. Join us for an evening of discussion and fun.

Wednesday 1PM Prayer Team
Led by Ted and Margy Miller and Linda Prouty, our Wednesday 1PM Prayer Team focuses primarily on the ministries of our church. They also lift up the pastors and staff and their families, as well as other ministry leaders. Additionally, they pray for our conference and denominational leaders and missionaries, as well as for our nation. This team and the work they do in prayer, backs up everything we do to bring people to Jesus Christ and build them up in that relationship. Prayer Walk
Led by Rosalina Vanegas, the Prayer Walk is a team of people who walk (weather permitting) and pray, praising God as we go. This team walks and prays for all kinds of needs in our congregation and for our weekend services. It is a wonderful time with the Lord and with each other. Jean and Dick Parkman lead this great fellowship group that is always glad to have new “seniors” (age 50 and over) join them. The group enjoys special presentations from a variety of sources. The food is great and the fellowship is warm and inviting. Bring a dish to pass and come check it out. You’ll be glad you did.

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery meets EVERY Thursday evening (including any and all holidays that fall on a Thursday, unless there is a serious snow storm).
Our CR leaders guide and assist those of us who are gaining joy and freedom in Christ as we apply the 12-Steps of Celebrate Recovery to the hurts, habits and hang-ups we all struggle with. All are welcome! We believe anyone and everyone would benefit by attending this group, where we take off our masks and allow God to transform our lives through his word, and by being able to share openly and honestly about our struggles with people we come to trust, who will maintain confidentiality, and who will not judge us. If you are woman who owns a business or is thinking of starting one, a new group is forming for women entrepreneurs that may interest you. The purpose of the group is to bring together women from all different backgrounds, businesses and expertise and allow them to encourage one another in balancing their faith and business walk. We will share ideas, provide information and feedback, and suggest helpful resources.
