The drama ministry has been an integral part of the worship experience at Northgate for over ten years.  The majority of the productions we perform are intended to illustrate and supplement the pastoral messages.  Our format is usually live; however, we have also done video productions as the messages warrant them. 
We are always looking for people who want to explore their dramatic abilities as a way to bring people to Jesus Christ and build them up in that relationship.  Acting, lighting, set design and construction, costuming and properties are all areas where there are opportunities to serve.

As the drama ministry has grown over the years, it became evident that we needed to write our own original material for performance.  Therefore, the Scriptwriters team was formed.  Their main focus is to write, edit and submit original scripts that fulfill the needs of the drama ministry’s performances and that illustrate and supplement the pastoral messages.
